Novell ZENworks Reporting 5

Situation

ZENworks Reporting 5 has been installed
A Windows domain user was entered for LDAP in this format: ReadOnlyUser@organization.com
Users cannot login to the Reporting web interface

Resolution

  1. Run the ZENworks Reporting Configuration Tool as described in Reconfiguring the ZENworks Reporting solution.
  2. Reconfigure the LDAP Username to use Distinguished Name (DN) format for Active Directory.
    Example: cn=ReadOnlyUser,cn=users,dc=organization,dc=com
