Unable to run GroupWise install

ERROR: bash: ./install.sh: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

The install package needs to be re-downloaded and extracted on the Linux machine.  When a package is extracted on Windows, the scripts can be changed to use windows interpreters so they will be messed up when copied over to Linux and then the scripts are not able to run properly.
