Status of agents in GroupWise admin console shows not running
  Resolution
In the GroupWise Web admin verify that a valid http port is set in the agent settings for all the GroupWise agents.
If, for GWIA, the HTTP Port is set correctly but webconsole does not work, please make sure that POP or IMAP is not enabled on both GWIA and POA
