Blank Screen when Accessing Privileged User Manager 2.4 from Internet Explorer

NetIQ Privileged User Manager 2.4

Situation

Privileged User Manager 2.4 (PUM 2.4) displays a blank screen when trying to access the management console via Internet Explorer.

If the page is selected | right mouse click | view source the html content of the page can be displayed.

Resolution

This has been reported to engineering.

A workaround is as follows:

1.) select F12 | scroll to bottom of list to display "Emulation" panel.
2.) select dropdown by "Document Mode", my Document Mode is set to 7(default).
3.) select anything newer (Edge is probably the best choice, however)
4.) login page appears.
