Situation

The responses sent to the VAMT application is not interpenetrated properly for two reasons 

1)The DN information is returned in the wrong case

2)The ldap controls are returned in two separate responses instead of one like
in AD.

Resolution

Fix in March 2014 Maintenance Patch
