Situation

Unable to sync Mobility services after reverting back or restoring a previous GroupWise system.
The GroupWise file system was restored due to corruption.

Resolution

Please follow TID 7014473 - How to refresh a Mobility server.

Cause

The Mobility data has become invalid as it is ahead of the GroupWise system.
