Environment
Novell GroupWise 2014
Situation
Customer changed his GroupWise system from eDirectory to Active
Directory after upgrading to GroupWise 2014. From there, they
imported the users into AD. All but 8 of them did sync
fine. Those 8 all returned the error:
D07E Duplicate Entry
In the POA log file. No amount of dissociation and reassociation would cause these 8 users to sync.
Unable to associate a few users to Active Directory accounts without getting D07E Duplicate Entry error, but most sync just fine

- Navigate to System | System Preferences | General
- Update the Admin Preferences from the default Full Distinguished Name to Common Name
- Re-associate the problem users and it should work properly
