Environment

Novell GroupWise Mobility Service 2.0
Novell GroupWise Mobility Service 2.1

Situation

Unable to receive phone messages on device
Users are not able to receive phone messages on device

Resolution

  1. Click Users
  2. Click the User in question
  3. Click Edit GroupWise Settings
  4. Make sure Phone Message is selected. If not select it and click Save
