Situation
Unable to receive phone messages on device
Users are not able to receive phone messages on device
Resolution
-
Login to WebAdmin (https://IPAddressOfMobilityServer:8120)

Click Users
-
Click the User in question
-
Click Edit GroupWise Settings
-
Make sure Phone Message is selected. If not select it and click Save
