Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 Discovery
Situation
The device type of one or more devices has been manually changed to
Intel AMT.
ZCC shows does not open All Devices or Intel AMT discovered device folder but shows an error.
Debug level zcc.log shows error messages like:

Resolution
Workaround:
Contact Novell Support to clear related discovered device information from the ZCM sql database.

Cause
Manually changing the discovered device type to Intel AMT does not update the all
required device details.
