Test connection "Authentication Error"

Receive Authentication Error when testing connection, on Net Folder Server to Active Directory share
Test connection to different Active Directory shared folders, on the same server returns Test Successful

Verify Everyone group has a minimum of read rights on share permissions.

1. Right-click and select properties on the shared folder
2. Select Sharing tab
3. Select Advanced Sharing..
4. Select Permissions
5. Verify Everyone group is listed with a minimum of read rights
   • If Everyone group is missing
     • Select Add...
     • Type Everyone as the object name
     • Select Check Names
     • Press OK
6. Save all changes, and close properties
