Microsoft Server 2012 Primary Server won't Install to ZENworks 11.2.4

The following scenario could be seen while preparing to upgrade to ZENworks 11 SP3:

• There are 32-bit Windows servers that need to be replaced in the zone
• It is desired to replace them with the Microsoft Server 2012 operating system
• A new primary has been installed on Microsoft Server 2012
• The new primary server is listed in ZENworks Control Center (ZCC), but none of the version information shows up on the server Summary page
• The agent properties page on the new server shows Unavailable for the Management Zone, Server DNS, and Server Address

While Microsoft Server 2012 is a supported platform for a managed device on ZENworks 11.2.3a and later, it is not a supported platform for a ZENworks 11.2 Primary server.
