Unable to send from Webaccess

Novell GroupWise 2014

Situation

After updating or installing the Groupwise 2014 Webaccess users are unable to send messages.
When the message is send the message window is not closing and the status stays on processing

Resolution

This is fixed in a Groupwise 2014 build after 115690

The workaround is to unlock client settings for the default compose view settings on domain, post office or user level.
This can be done under client settings, environment, Views in the part Compose Views, if any of these options is locked on domain, post office or user level unlock it and the users will be able to send from Webaccess.
