gwadminservice on a secondary domain server does not come up

Symptoms
gwadminservice on a secondary domain server fails
unable to start gwadminservice on a secondary domain server
unable to start gwadminservice on any server other than the primary domain server

Purpose
How to manually re-issue the certificate for domain and post office

1. Launch a terminal session to the server in question where the gwadminservice does not come up
   
2. From the terminal session, type gwadminutil certinst -ca primary.mycompany.com:9710 -db /mnt/mail/secdom -a admin -p password
   Replace primary.mycompany.com:9710 with the URL of the admin service on the primary domain server
   Replace /mnt/mail/secdom with the location to secondary domain or post office on that server
   Replace admin with the actual admin user
   Replace password with the password for that user
3. Type rcgrpwise start gwadminservice
