Situation
The health of the Access Gateway is a red X and has the following message:
Signing key not available
(Required Action) You may try pushing the appropriate certificates from troubleshooting section of administration console.

Resolution
Check the alias of the certificate assigned to the signing keystore. The alias MUST be "signing" no quotes all lower case. NAM is coded to look for a signing certificate with this alias. If you have added a 3rd party cert etc, you need to replace the default that has the alias "signing" with a the same alias or this health status will occur.
