Situation
The ENGL Imaging Toolkit will fail in combination with ZENworks 11 SP3.

Resolution
A fix for this issue is intended to be included in a future update to the product: however, in the interim, Novell has made a Patch available for testing, as part of an FTF Roll Up patches collection: it can be obtained at https://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=6c6917CRv6U~ as "FTF Roll Up 1 for ZENworks (11 SP3)". This update should only be applied if the symptoms above are being experienced, and are causing problems.

Cause
The ENGL Imaging Toolkit will fail to finish due to an error reading the ZENworks Image Safe Data (ZISD).
In the ENGL log the following entries are written:
ztoolkit.log:
"[12-Mar-14 09:30:31] [Zmainrun-Phase2] [Debug] CEnglImageSafeZENworks::Read() BEGIN
[12-Mar-14 09:30:31] [Zmainrun-Phase2] Error! DiskOpen() failed to create disk handle.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
[12-Mar-14 09:30:31] [Zmainrun-Phase2] Error! Unable to read sector."
