Situation

GroupWise GWIA Default Class of Service is missing or has been deleted, removed.
How to recreate it.

Resolution

To have this recreated by the GWIA, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the gwia directory: <domain directory>/wpgate/gwia/
  2. Rename gwac.db to gwac.bak
  3. Restart the gwia: rcgrpwise restart gwia.<domain>
    Note: The gwac.db is recreated as the gwia starts up.


Note: This file can also be restored from backup.
