Situation

Understanding "Ignore Events After" setting in Mobility

Resolution

"Ignore Events After" setting in Mobility means that any action (move, delete etc) performed on a mail older than this setting will not sync to Mobility.
 
Example
  1. Maximum Email Sync Limit is set to 60 days in WebAdmin | Config | Device
  2. Ignore Events After is set to 30 days in WebAdmin | Config | GroupWise
  3. UserA sets an option on this device to get mails upto 40 days
  4. UserA deletes an email that is 31 days older from the GroupWise Client. The email will NOT get deleted from the device though it gets deleted from the GroupWise Client. The email will get cleaned up automatically from the Device and the Mobility server after 40 days because of Nightly Maintenance
