Situation

Provisioning wizard shows:
>>>Acquiring the domain ticket
Getting the Domain ticket
kinit(v5): Principal has multiple entries in Kerberos database while getting initial credentials
2014-03-12 12:16:25 Could not get the ticket, Retrying ...
Could not get the ticket at /opt/novell/xad/lib64/perl/XAD/secure.pm line 363.

ndsdcinit.log shows:

Getting the Domain ticket

Resolution

Check for multiple Administrator users located in the tree.
The only Administrator user located in the domain should be in the cn=users container.
Do one of the following:
  1. Move the Administrator user that is not located in the cn=users container to a container that is not included in the domain
  2. Rename the Administrator user that is not located in the cn=users container
  3. Delete the Administrator user that is not located in the cn=users container

The Administrator password might need to be reset.
