Situation
Python errors encountered while the software distribution directory files are being installed.
Using 'ps' command found that there were orphaned pids for the install program, as follows:
ps -ef | grep install
Using 'ps' command found that there were orphaned pids for the install program, as follows:
ps -ef | grep install
Resolution
You to 'kill' command killed the orphan install pids.
