Scheduled Event Action: Exclude option not updating renamed users

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2012 Support Pack 2

Situation

In the Scheduled Event Action, there is an Exclude tab that allows specific users not be to included in the event action.

This works fine unless you rename a user account in GroupWise.

The old user name will still be populated in the Exclude tab, while the new user name will not show up and therefore not be excluded from the event action.

Resolution

Reported to engineering.

Additional Information

As a workaround, when a GroupWise user is renamed, make sure to double check the Exclude tab for event actions to update the user account there as well.
