Sending email address is incorrect

Situation

Different return email address
How to remove alias email address
Wrong return email address after bounce back
Incorrect admin email address

Resolution

  1. In Consoleone right click on the problem user and click properties
  2. Select the GroupWise tab and select drop down to Internet Addressing
  3. Click View EMail Addresses
  4. Check the Preferred EMail Address: and Gateway Alias EMail Address:. Gateway Alias EMail Address will overwrite Preferred EMail address
  5. If Gateway Email Address needs to be changed, click GroupWise | Gateway Aliases and remove or modify it accordingly
