Unable to access WebAccess from Internet but internally it works just fine

Environment

Novell GroupWise 8

Situation

WebAccess works just fine from the WebAccess Server or using the Private IP Address of the server
WebAccess fails to login using the DNS name or the public IP Address

Resolution

Make sure NAT settings are proper and the Public IP Address is NATTED properly to the Private IP Address of the WebAccess Server
