Unable to to log into one user's GroupWise client without it crashing on startup

Situation

When attempting to log into the GroupWise client, it will crash right after entering the user's password
When logging into web access it says "please specify a folder" and will not log in
GMS and Datasync are still working normally

Resolution

  1. Launch ConsoleOne
  2. Right-click on the problem user and select GroupWise Utilities | Mailbox/Library Maintenance
  3. Select Analyze/Fix Databases and check Structure, Contents and Fix problems check-boxes
  4. Select the Misc tab on the bottom and enter FOLDERRESET for the support options
  5. If an email notification for the completion is desired, select the results tab and enter the the desired email
  6. Click Run in the top right
When the check completes the user should be able to log into the client and webaccess properly
