Editing a contacts related name shows limited options

When editing a contact on an IOS device, adding/selecting related names shows limited options compared to a regular contact
When editing a contact on an iPhone, you see limited options for related names

Normally you have many more options than below with a non GMS/DataSync user.



This is caused by a defect with ActiveSync protocol and IOS.  Unfortunately there is no way to control this with GroupWise Mobility Services/Datasync
