ZCC does not display purchase records when logged in with the Administrator account

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.3 ZENworks Control Center - ZCC

Situation

When logged in as Administrator and viewing purchase records in ZCC > Asset Management > Purchase Records, the purchase records are not shown. If logged in as an administrative user other than Administrator then the purchase records are shown.
