D103 error received when sending to one user's Personal Address Book Group

When a user of a personal address book group attempts to send an e-mail message to the group name, this error appears in the GroupWise client "GroupWise error [D103], Post Office not found".


It was discovered that one contact in the personal address book group had an e-mail address that was not valid,

i.e. - domainName.com rather than username@domainName.com .

Once the e-mail address was corrected the error went away and the user could send to the group name.
