Situation

Unable to manage zone through Zenworks Control Center (ZCC).
ZCC times out trying to navigate to Devices.
ERROR: Exception Info: Message..... GC overhead limit exceeded Exception occured
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit Exceeded.
ZCC is slow.

Resolution

A fix can be obtained by opening a Service Request with Novell Support.

Cause

ZERIINFORMATION table is being populated with more info than java can handle.
