ZENworks Reporting 5 (Jaspersoft) install customization fails if ldap source contains additional superuser

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2

Situation

ERROR during install:

Customization has failed because services were not running.

From install log:

Webservice call Failed
(500)Internal Server Error
Incorrect result size: expected 1, actual 14

Resolution

Workaround:  Ensure that ldap source does not have a user or group named "superuser" prior to install.

Cause

Superuser is an internal account used by Jaspersoft and must be unique.
