Some HTML Mails don't get Synced to the Device

Environment

Novell GroupWise Mobility Service 2.0

Situation

Some email messages are not being sent to the mobile device

Some email getting skipped

Resolution

  1. Download and extract email.pyc from ftp://ftp.novell.com/outgoing/863572.zip
  2. Stop GMS by typing "rcgms stop" and press Enter
  3. Browse to /opt/novell/datasync/syncengine/connectors/mobility/lib/conv/se2as rename email.pyc to email.bak
  4. Copy the extracted email.pyc file to /opt/novell/datasync/syncengine/connectors/mobility/lib/conv/se2as   
  5. Start the mobility services by typing "rcgms start"
