Messages moved to Junk Mail folder with Junk Mail Handling disabled

Situation

User receives specific messages in the Mailbox.

After a short period of time, the message is moved to the Junk Mail folder.

In the GroupWise client | Tools | Junk Mail Handling | No options are enabled.

No move rules are enabled either.

Resolution

On the users mobile device, specific email addresses or domains had been added into the SPAM/Junk Mail address handling. The name and location of this option would vary by device.

Once the email address or domain has been cleared on the device, mail remained in the users Mailbox.
