Situation

Single user is receiving the error: Your mailbox is unavailable.  Please contact your system administrator. when attempting to log into WebAccess.

GroupWise client authentication works just fine.

Resolution

In the GWinter log file, the following error appeared upon user log in attempt: User xxxx access denied by webserver administrator.

Checked the WebAccess Access Control properties and found that all users were denied access by the Default Class of Service.

Specific users and distribution lists were allowed to use WebAccess with a second class of service, but the new user had not be added yet. Added the user to a specific distribution list and then they were able to log into WebAccess without errors.
