Situation

xadnctrl status output is unclear when novell-named is not running.

It appears one carriage return is missing:
Checking for nameserver BINDChecking for Name Service Cache Daemon        running

Please note that Checking for nameserver BIND and Checking for Name Service Cache Daemon are displayed on a single line
