Situation
When viewing the Bundle Status for a bundle in ZCC, the device count seems too high.
Clicking on the count for the status (e.g., Devices not Effective), the page contains duplicate entries for devices and/or blank lines
Clicking on the count for the status (e.g., Devices not Effective), the page contains duplicate entries for devices and/or blank lines
