Not all subfolders visible in GroupWise 2012 WebAccess

Situation

For users who have a folder(s) in their GroupWise mailbox that contains many subfolders, not all of the subfolders are visible when the top-level folder is expanded in the GroupWise WebAccess client. 

For example, one user had a folder called "Customers" and inside of that folder she created hundreds of subfolders (one for each of her customers), but when she opens that "Customers" folder in WebAccess, she could see the folders for customers A-L but folders for customers whose names started with M-Z were not visible.

Resolution

This problem is caused by an issue with the Post Office Agent's implementation of the SOAP protocol (which is used for communication with the WebAccess application), and is expected to be resolved in GroupWise 2012 SP3 (and later).
