Novell GroupWise 2012
When opening or saving documents to a Document Library and Error 8e14 can be produced in the client. If documents are in the process of being saved, all changes will be lost.
The issue does not happen with all documents but can seem very random.
Update the Post Office Agents to a version post GroupWise 2012 Support Pack 2. Until Support Pack 3 is available, a Field Test File can be requested from Novell Technical Services.
The problem occurs with files that are a specific sizes and so the issue should not happen frequently.
