Novell GroupWise Mobility Service 2.0

Situation

Unable to connect multiple devices to a single user account 

Resolution

  1. Login to Mobility WebAdmin (https://IPAddressofMobilityServer:8120)
  2. Click Config
  3. Click Device
  4. Clear out or increase the Maximum Devices Per User (new setting in GMS2.0 - old accounts with multiple devices will not be affected, but new connections will)
