lm.detection.exe uses dcom authentication

lm.detection.exe not detecting patch status correctly.

1. Run in debug per TID http://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7014131"Courier New" size="2"> [HRESULT = 0x80070543 - ERROR_CANT_OPEN_ANONYMOUS]
2. Run dcomcnfg
3. Drill into Component Services / Computers
4. Select Default Properties and ensure that they are unchanged from defaults:
   Default Authentication Level  (Default level is Connect)
5. Default Impersonation Level (Default level is Identify)
