Device fails to receive the correct Closest Servers based on its assigned Location and instead receives all the Servers from the Default or Unknown Location

1. Access the summary page of the managed device experiencing the issue
2. Click on the Locations Tab of the managed device
3. Access the Location Assignment Section and select the option named "Assign following Locations and their Network Environments."
4. Select the a smaller number of locations and then click on the apply changes button

In case there are several managed devices experiencing this issue and all of them belong to the same folder, then these changes can be done on a folder level so they are inherited by all the devices within the folder. To accomplish this just click on the Details link of the folder that need to be modified and access the Locations tab for that folder and follow the same steps as explained above.
