Situation
Unable to see a user while being connected to Secondary Domain
User can be seen while connected to the Primary Domain but not Secondary Domain
Resolution
-
Launch ConsoleOne and connect to the Primary Domain

Right Click on the user and click GroupWise Utilities and click Synchronize
-
Wait for a minute and connect to the Secondary Domain

Check if the user can be seen now
If the above does not work, follow the steps listed below

Connect to the Primary Domain

Shut down the Secondary Domain's MTA

Right Click on the Secondary Domain and click GroupWise Utilities | System Maintenance | Rebuild Database

Click Run
-
Make sure the path to the Secondary Domain is correct

Click OK
-
Once the Rebuild is complete, start the Secondary Domain's MTA
