Situation

When trying to create a Boot CD on a ZCM 11.2 Appliance, the creation fails, and the /opt/novell/zenworks/preboot/bin/winutils/bootcd-editor.log contains
/opt/novell/zenworks/preboot/bin/winutils/bootcd-editor.sh: line 29:
mkisofs: command not found
Status mkisofs: 127

Resolution

A fix for this issue is intended to be included in a future update to the product: however, in the interim, Novell has made a Patch available that contains the missing files: it can be obtained at https://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=IwD8qjBLEwQ~ as "ZCM 11.2.x fix for Boot CD creation fails on ZCM 11.2 Appliance - see TID 7014371".
