Workflow transition 'Transition on Modify' occurs before new file attachments are processed

If you have a 'Transition on Modify' type transition which transitions an entry from "State 1" to "State 2" whenever the entry is modified AND "State 2" is setup to send an email On Entry, then the resulting email may not have all the updated entry data such as newly added attachments.

A fix for this issue is available in the Vibe 3.4 Hot Patch 1, available via the Novell Patch Finder.

The workflow transition is processed before the file attachments resulting in workflow email notifications that have no knowledge of newly added file attachments to the entry in question.

With the fix in place, the entry attachments will be processed before the workflow transition is processed.
