User's mail not syncing - [Folder] Invalid Sync Key

Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack


Some users receive their messages while others don't, not flowing to select devices.
Mail items are received and converted according to both GroupWise and Mobility connectors, just not pushed down to devices.
Certain users aren't receiving mail items, but they do in the GroupWise Client.

/var/log/datasync/connectors/mobility-agent.log or /var/log/datasync/connectors/default.pipeline1.mobility-AppInterface.log contain the following:

To restore sync with a particular device with an Invalid Sync Key:
  1. Remove the account from the device.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Add the account back to the device.


The device has inconsistent or invalid information for proper sync.
