Filr desktop client syncs temporary files

When a user opens/edits some files (such as .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, etc.) via their Filr Desktop synchronized folder, the underlying application (such as such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) would often save a temporary file in the same directory and name it in one of the following ways (beginning or end of the file name):

.*.part
ppt*.tmp
~*.tmp
~$*
.~*
desktop.ini
thumbs.db
.ds_store

All such temporary files are currently synchronized to the Filr server.

Starting with Filr Desktop Client 1.0.2, these temporary files will no longer be synchronized to the Filr server.
