Auto-complete does not work when sending a new email
Auto complete does not work when typing in the To or CC or BCC field
ERROR:"The Novell System Address Book is not available from your Windows Messaging System" when clicking Tools | Address Book | File | Address Completion Address Books
- Uninstall GroupWise and Outlook
- Reinstall GroupWise
- Reinstall Outlook
When Outlook is installed before GroupWise it creates some mapi settings that GroupWise is not able to override. If GroupWise is installed first, this shouldn't be an issue.
