Situation

Microsoft remote Connectivity Analyzer fails while attempting the FolderSync command with  HTTP 449
ERROR: "A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 449 - 449 response was received from Unknown" while using Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer to test Mobility

Resolution

When security policy is set up on the Mobility server, the Microsoft Remote Connective Analyzer for ActiveSync fails with " Web exception occurred because an HTTP 449 - 449 response was received from Unknown." while attempting the FolderSync command.
