User not receiving internet email after renaming the user
User not receiving internet email on the new email address after a rename
User not receiving internet email on the old email address after a rename even after creating a nickname
Resolution

Telnet to GWIA on port 25 and type the following
telnet x.x.x.x 25
ehlo novell.com
mail from:test1@example.com
rcpt to:problemUserid@email.com
data

If the email is received by the user, then please check the Server that accepts the email like the spam server that accepts the email and make sure the email is not being blocked there
