Users not receiving notifications consistently from different workstations.


The GroupWise Client setting will need to be configured per workstation for the user for consistent results across workstations:
  1. From each GroupWise Client/Workstation: Tools | Options | Security | Notify | Notify Options
  2. Tick/check Subscribe to my alarms, Subscribe to my notifications.


Users comparing between different workstations here, the setting is workstation-dependent and does not appear to be tied to the userdb.

An Enhancement Request has been created to store this information in the userdb so that it is consistent accross workstations.
