Datasync users are unable to enroll device

Environment

Novell ZENworks Mobile Management

Situation

Users are in eDirectory and Datasync.  The user can be imported into ZMM, and the user can also log into Groupwise and get their mail.  However, the user cannot enroll their device into ZMM.  The error when enrolling is Unable to connect with server.  Devices can directly connect to Datasync and get email properly.
 
The email address of the user is different than their eDirectory account name.

Resolution

This problem can be caused when the Groupwise user has a different name than the eDirectory user.  When logging into the Datasync website, there are 2 connectors, Groupwise and Mobility. 
 
In the Groupwise Connector, go to Users, and the Application User Name of the user should be the email account name.  In the Mobility Connector, go to Users, and the Application User Name of the user should be the eDir user name, not the email account name.
