ZCC Administrator groups not shown in ZCC Administrator user summary

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 ZENworks Control Center - ZCC

Situation

When viewing the properties of a ZENworks Control Center (ZCC) administrative user, the administrator groups can disappear from view.

To reproduce this issue:
1- In ZCC create an administrator from a user in a user source.
ZCC > Configuration > Administrators > New > Administrator > Select "Based on Users(s) in a user source" > Add > select user > OK > OK
2- In ZCC create an administrator group.
ZCC > Configuration > Administrators > New > Administrator Group > Give it a name and configure the attributes > OK
3- Add the administrator created in step one to the administrator group.
ZCC > Configuration > Administrators > Select Administrative User Group > Summary tab > Members > Add > Select user > OK
4- View the administrator user's properties.
ZCC > Configuration > Administrators > Select the Administrator user added to the administrator group
5- Note that the Administrator groups are shown in the summary view.
6- Click on the Rights tab.
7- Click on the summary tab again and notice that the administrator groups are not shown any more.

Resolution

Workaround:
To view the administrator groups in the summary view of the administrative user again; go back to Configuration, then select the administrative user. The summary will then show the Administrator Groups again.
