ZRS Reports timeout with User Canceled error after 10 minutes

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2

Situation

ZRS Reports timeout with User Canceled error after 10 minutes.

ERROR: 
A database error occured. The database error text is: The query has timed out.. (WIS 10901)

Cause

This is due to the new jdbc default setting.

Additional Information

Note:  there is still a 30 minute timeout with the changes above.  This is working as designed to disallow endless processing.  Error when 30 minute timeout is reached:  "The query was canceled.. (WIS 10901)"
